In this context, pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and relevant legislation, we would like to inform you regarding the protection, processing, and storage of your personal data.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights as a personal data owner:

• To request information if your data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,

• To know third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction if your data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

• To request deletion or destruction of your data if it has been processed unlawfully,

• To request notification of these corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data was transferred,

• To object to a result arising against you through analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,

• To request compensation if you suffer harm due to unlawful data processing.
